LSRB Services LTD Trading as Fairways Travel, is a company registered in England & Wales under company number; 11484461 and whose registered office is at; 17 Sawyers Crescent, Maidenhead, Berkshire.SL6 3ND UK. The golf courses, hotels, transport, excursions that you see on our website or in our brochures/leaflets are provided by third party suppliers and are examples only. We do not own, control or operate those suppliers. All arrangements that we offer are sold by Fairways Travel are acting as an agent and provider of bespoke golf holidays. All prices quoted by our company unless otherwise clearly indicated are in Pound Sterling. All prices published are strictly subject to availability. All prices quoted are per person and are based on a occupancy.
Booking
When making group bookings it is advised that one principal client takes charge of liaising with Fairways Travel and shall be referred to us as “the lead contact”, this individual will liaise and discuss all aspects of the vacation that they wish Fairways Travel to organise, either by email correspondence, phone call etc. Fairways Travel will recommend preferred courses, hotels, travel arrangements and any excursions that they see most suitable for each group of clients. The “lead contact” will continue correspondence until such a time an itinerary has been agreed upon at which time Fairways Travel will supply a pricing structure. Please note “lead contact” will be responsible for all payments and must be over 18 years of age at time of booking.
A reservation will not be considered confirmed until such time as the deposit has been cleared and a Reservation Reference number and email confirmation is issued.

Payment Terms
Payments must be processed in Pounds Sterling unless otherwise advised on our website
Payment Method:
Payments may be made by the following:
- Credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express);
- Debit Card (Maestro, Switch, Electron, Solo and Delta)
- Bank Transfer (Bank Transfers to be paid in Pounds Sterling)
A fee of 3% applies to all Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal payments. In such cases, this fee will be clearly explained by a member of our staff before the booking is completed. This fee is NOT charged by Fairways Travel, and is charged by the relevant payment processing companies. Where payments are made by Bank Transfer, clients must make payment in Pounds Sterling and are liable for any charges incurred by their own Bank in processing this payment.
Bookings & Deposit
A non refundable deposit will be required upon agreement of the finalised price offered by Fairways Travel and agreed by the lead contact of the customer group. The percentage of deposit requested will be totally dependent upon the date of booking in relation to the travel dates and the terms of payment charged to Fairways Travel by our suppliers. At this stage Fairways Travel may request names, addresses and further information of the whole group who will be travelling; this information may be needed by golf courses, hotels etc. These details are set out and are in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Balance Payment
Must be paid no later than 12 weeks before the commencement of the holiday, later payments run the risk of either forfeiture of some holiday provisions or worst case loss of booking, in this case the deposit will be forfeited. In certain cases, the balance payment can be required earlier than 12 weeks and will be stated at the time of booking.
Deposit/Payment Schedule
40% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance is required 12 weeks prior to travel. As soon as Tee Times are booked and paid for by Fairways Travel all booking correspondence will be send immediately to the lead contact to ensure confidence and a confirmed trip.
Booking Amendments
We offer bespoke packages, subsequent amendments after the final booking has been made may be subject to further charges. This includes changes to the “price per person” should the group number fall below the original number of people quoted for. Bookings are non- refundable.
Fairways Travel Adjustments
In the event of availability changing with a supplier or any other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to alter or cancel any golf tee times and /or hotel arrangements, the difference in cost to be borne by the customer. If such an occasion did arise Fairways Travel would endeavour to find the most suitable alternative golf course/hotel.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted by letter or e-mail to Fairways Travel and are subject to the following cancellation charges: [email protected]
- From time of booking to 12 weeks prior to date of arrival – Deposit only.
- 22 days to 84 days prior to date of arrival – Deposit and an additional 50% of total tour price.
- Less than 21 days prior to date of arrival – 100% of the total tour price. It is recommended that you take out personal insurance to mitigate any potential losses to your holiday should your flight be cancelled, you fall ill or you have to cancel your trip for another reason. Fairways Travel will always endeavour to assist in such circumstances but will not be able to offer a refund until all of our costs and booking fees have been recovered.
Refunds
All eligible refunds for cancellations will be issued within 30 days of written notification. No refunds are made for any unused portion of any Tour.
Insurance
LSRB Services T/A Fairways Travel are covered by Public liability Insurance as well as Professional indemnity insurance. All further forms of insurance such as loss or damage to personal possessions, Travel insurance, Cancellation insurance and Health Insurance should be arranged by each client from the group, Fairways Travel will not accept any liability for such claims.
Covid-19 Related Issues
We are not in a position to issue a refund/credit in the event that a member of your group contracts Covid-19 in the days prior to departure and is unable to travel on their tour. This is another reason why we strongly advise each member of your group to take out vacation insurance that covers the eventuality outlined above
Chauffeur Drive
Where a client opts for a Drive Tour, a private Vehicle or two suitable for the group size and a Professional Driver/s will be included. The client(s) will have full private use of this Vehicle and Driver/s for a maximum of 9 hours per day (from the start of the driver’s day). Any additional time outside of this 9 hour period, where the driver or vehicle is required is not included in the tour price. Clients may make private arrangements with Drivers for additional hours. A private Return Transfer to departure airport is included in all Chauffeur Drive Tours.
Self Drive
A valid Driving license is required prior to renting a car in Ireland. A valid Driving Licence is required for each person who intends driving the vehicle. A supplement will be incurred for additional drivers. Minimum and maximum driver age restrictions apply (25 to 70 years).
Passports, Visas and Health Requirements
A passport is necessary to travel to all European countries, even when travelling within the European Union area. A passport is not always necessary to travel between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, but Fairways and FunDays recommends that all travellers carry a valid passport with them on their holiday. We strongly recommend that all clients from EU Countries have in their possession a valid European Health Insurance Card. Certain countries require a pre-arranged entry visa to enter the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland. Fairways and FunDays accept no responsibility for visa requirements, and advises all travellers to ensure that required documentation are in place prior to travel.
Complications Due to Adverse Weather Conditions
Inclement weather is unavoidable during the course of the year and as a result golf courses may either close, or the golf course may choose to operate temporary tees and greens at their sole discretion. All Golf courses reserve the right to close or operate temporary tee boxes and greens. In the event of bad weather our “Adverse Weather Policy” is as follows:

During your Golf Holiday
Golf played on temporary greens and tees is non-refundable and is considered to be an accepted part of playing golf during periods of poor weather. Please note that restrictions on the use of trolley’s and buggy’s occurs frequently during inclement weather at the advice of the local course Manager. Fairways Travel cannot be held responsible for such occurrence.
If you are unable to play golf on your holiday due to golf course closure we will, without guarantee and at our supplier’s discretion, attempt to obtain green fee vouchers for the golf element of your tour.
Each hotel and golf course set’s its own “Bad Weather Policy”. All decisions regarding green fee vouchers are solely at the discretion of the golf course and are final. Fairways Travel cannot be held responsible should inclement weather prevail.
If you are unable to play golf on your holiday due to golf course closure we will, without guarantee and at our supplier’s discretion, attempt to obtain green fee vouchers for the golf element of your tour.

Golf courses reserve the right to alter confirmed tee times. If your confirmed golf club cancel your reservation or change your tee time we will attempt to find a suitable alternative. Such changes do not entitle you to cancel a holiday that is part of a package.
Please also be aware that some golf courses may pair you up with other golfers during peak times if you are a 1,2 or 3 ball.

Descriptions
The descriptions of the hotels and golf courses and other aspects of our tours are based on opinions gained on site visits and on the opinions of suppliers themselves. We are not always able to exercise control over all the components of the holiday arrangements and it is possible that an advertised amenity be withdrawn or changed due to various reasons such as water conservation, renovation work, etc. We will advise you if we become aware of a major change but we cannot accept liability for loss, damage or inconvenience in such circumstances.
Accommodation
Please note one member from each room at your accommodation will be required to leave their credit/debit card details with reception for the duration of your stay. This is to cover any extra’s that may be purchased ie; bar snacks, drinks etc and in the unlikely event of any loss or damage to the property, Fairways Travel will not be held liable in any such event.
Behaviour
By booking with Fairways Travel you accept full liability for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your group. There will be no refunds for any absence from the holiday once this commences. This includes items such as missed meals, golf, sightseeing or any other activities in the tour. Fairways Travel is not responsible for personal injury, accident, or illness; or for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings.
Fairways Travel will not accept any claims from a client/customer of ours if they are refused golfing rights or be denied accommodation due to non- compliance of golf club/Hotel rules/behaviour.
Force Majeure
Fairways Travel will not be liable for additional expenses incurred through travel delay, Acts of God, force majeure or events beyond our control. Force majeure is unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control such as war or threat of war, riots, civil unrest, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions.
Dress Code & Handicap requirements
Many golf courses/clubs require proof of a maximum handicap and/or proper golf attire such as collared shirts, shorts of a certain length (no denim or studs etc), colour/length of socks, shoes in the clubhouse etc.
We cannot accept any responsibility in any ruling by the hotel/golf course if you or any of your group is unable to play due to inappropriate attire or failure to provide proof of a required handicap.
Please check before you travel that your group is aware of appropriate attire and handicap requirements.
Fairways Travel will supply the lead group member of any particular formalities required for the courses that is on their booking.

Standard of Play – Golf Etiquette
Knowledge of golf etiquette and the rules of golf are expected by all members of your group. Some golf courses will require handicap certificates before accepting visitors, which Fairways Travel will advise you at the time of booking. It is however your obligation to ask and check before approving your booking whether or not handicap certificates are required and, if so, to ensure that each member of your group can satisfy the relevant requirements and bring appropriate proof with him/her.
Law and Jurisdiction
These booking conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including all non-contractual disputes of claims) arising out of them, their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
